These terms apply to this website, https://oursharedlife.app, and to our mailing list. The website is operated by Veracity Software Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 13 701 291 349) of 144 Maroondah Hwy, Ringwood VIC 3134, Australia ("we", "us"). They don't cover the OurSharedLife app, which has its own terms you'll be asked to accept when you sign up.
1. Using the website
You can browse the website without an account. Please don't try to disrupt it, overload it, probe it for weaknesses without our permission, or use it to send anything unlawful or harmful. If you've found a security problem, please tell us at privacy@oursharedlife.app — we'd much rather hear it from you.
2. The mailing list
Joining is optional and free. Nothing is sent until you confirm your address, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe. How we handle your address is set out in our privacy notice.
3. Product information and the roadmap
We describe OurSharedLife as accurately as we can, but it is still being developed, and features may change before and after launch.
The roadmap shows what we're working on and thinking about. It's a statement of our current intentions, not a promise: items marked "Planned" or "Exploring" may change, be delayed, or not happen at all, and items marked "Building" have no committed date.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell you anything.
4. Our content
The website's text, design, logos and the OurSharedLife name belong to us or the people who license them to us. You're welcome to link to any page and to share it. Please don't copy the website, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
5. Other websites
We link to a few other websites, such as regulators'. We aren't responsible for their content.
6. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't lawfully be excluded.
7. Liability
Subject to section 6, and to the extent the law allows, we provide the website as it is and aren't liable for loss arising from your use of it or from it being unavailable.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
